Researching this number as it called my phone - it appears to be from a service provided by Voxbone SA which provide non-geographic numbers which can appear to look like they're local. I didn't answer it, just let it ring out which it did in about 5 seconds, itself suspicious. Therefore I suspect this as a potential scammer number so I blocked it. If a legitimate company needs to contact me they will use other means.
