Gave me some rubbish about an address near us with some rates changing, that came in a letter from our local council. Seemed like he was using certain words to get my attention such as my post code my name, when I asked who was calling, he wasn't so keen in telling me, told me eventually very quickly so on asking again, he got very shirty and said I have already told you 3 times!!! Didn't like tone of voice so I hung up.
Commercial rates - Vague when questioned then hung up. I called the number back, and when directed to the lady that called, they hung up again. Scam / Timewasters.
Person would not let me ask a question and kept interrupting when asked who was the company.
