Usual silence before connection that indicates a mass call before connecting when you say hello. Claimed to be from 'House repair company responding to my issues within your home.' Actually spoke passable English which is an improvement on the usual. Total hogwash, so I gave him the usual free lifestyle advice encouraging him to vigorously love himself before I hung up on him. Clear scammer. Number blocked.
