Said calling about housing. I own my flat. They are in Ireland, I’m in Scotland. Have been blocked.

Called at 7pm to say it was about the repairs I requested from the council. (I don't ask the council to do repairs as I own my house). I asked what council, he said his firm works with all councils. I asked the name of his firm, and # click # he hung up. The number seems to belong to an Irish consulting firm but the caller had a London accent

Said they were calling about a housing problem. I own my own home so no ideas why they were calling. Wouldn’t discuss.
