scam caller pretending to be three, they said they are cancelling my sim

2 calls, pretending to be from the 3 Network telling my my SIM Card is about to expire. I told them I do not accept scam calls and if they were from 3 to tell me something about my account to prove they were calling from 3. I said tell me something simple, what is my name. Operator supposedly transferred me to a manger - who sounded exactly the same as the person I had been speaking to.
