I know no one in Northern Ireland, as far as I am concerned this is some form of scam. They may want you to call them back and collect a premium rate phone charge. As far as I am concerned you should mark this as a spam call.

Supposedly from Omagh but it is a VOIP number ,used now to hide where the caller is in the world SCAM
