Voice-activated AI / algorithm Chris from my local energy network, telling me that my loft insulation may be causing damp issues. I used a few non-binary prompts (avoiding yes or no) which confused the algorithm. When I asked if it was a real human or an algorithm, the AI said no I'm not a robot but I'm new at this job etc. All very plausible, but you can still tell it is an algorithm and not a human. When I stopped responding, the call terminated.
