Hidden hearing can be a bit of a pain sometimes. Just tell them to stop calling. I actually use these guys for my free hearing tests. I can't afford their hearing aids unfortunately though.

They rang me a few times and I didn't answer because I didn't know the number. Curiosity got the better of me and I rang the number as no one online seemed to know who or what it was. It's from a company called Hidden Hearing, in Portadown Northern Ireland. They are audiologist specialists, so it's just a cold call touting for business. I have completed forms on behalf of my mother in law before regarding hearing aids so I assume they got my details from there. I just blocked them but there's nothing malicious about them
