I called the number back as I am originally from Ballycastle, and thought it was someone I knew, it was an answer phone message from an energy provider, never heard of them. Ballycastle is a small sea side town in Northern Ireland - this is definitely a scammer.

South Asian guy, very polite, asked some general questions regarding marriage status, how I pay my gas bill etc and if GOSH can call me in the future then ended the call.

Asian guy asked for the wrong person when I told him he had the wrong number he said that it didn’t matter as it was not caller specific I said I was not interested and he said he wasn’t selling anything and could he ask a few questions, I re-iterated that I was not interested and he hung up
