Claimed to be from Sky surveying satisfaction with Sky TV. I do not have Sky TV. I did manage an account for an elderly relative who died several years ago - so either a poorly maintained customer list or a scammer using an old stolen set of data. Poor accent suggesting Indian call centre spoofing of phone number.

somehow bypassed “ask reason for calling” and left no voicemail. suspicious and almost certainly a spam/scam call.
