THIS IS A SCAM !!!! THIS IS A SCAM !!! Man with thick Indian accent asking questions about my gas boiler saying that my plan has changed for maintenance and that he can update my plan. When I told him I didn't have a plan he got a bit forceful saying I had an agreement with them but when I stood my ground he went fine n put the phone down.

A man with a thick Indian accent called. Lots of 'call centre' noise in the background. He asked for Mr Jennifer E******. I hung up.
