An attempt on my device was made re Barclays. Really ? Not my Bank and this 020 number merely confirmed it was a scam

Got a text message saying a transaction from your device was attempted and mentioned Barclays bank which is not my bank. Said to call this number. Scam

The message said that a payment had been attempted on a new device. If that was not me, ring this number. The original number the text supposedly came from was 0745 891185 but that could have been spoofed.

This numbers says a new device has tried to make a purchase on our barclays account. It's a bonus number.
