Awful, abusive and worrying experience, they should be cut off and closed down. Call claiming to be from Scottish Power regards urgent electric meter reading, required some details to confirm... quickly turned very nasty and began shouting down the phone about cutting us off, they escalated to a 'colleague' when I said I couldn't hear them properly. Horrible experience and pure luck I didn't fall for it before they turned really nasty. I hung up.
