Scam pretending to be EE. As soon as I asked for her name and department and stated I would call the main EE switchboard and ask to be transferred to her, she hung up.

Talked about being from EE and making changes to my contract but unable to prove they're from EE
Said they were EE (I don’t have an EE contract), kept asking the same questions and dragging call out. Rang me back atleast 4 more times and didn’t answer. Blocked
