020 8079 7941 Negative Who called me from this phone number?

Wanted to discuss my O2 account. I don’t have one

Hung up immediately I answered

Called and hung up

Called and hung up 🤷‍♂️

This is the second time this has happened! I Paid a government/council tax bill (by phone) with someone working from home by the sounds of it 3 hours later i get a call from these Scammers - Coincidence? I think government department workers are selling our mobile phone details to scammers based in India and London Im taking this to the authorities

Guy from street was trying to say something and started to laugh. Then hand the phone

Called pretending to be O2 so i answered and went along with it to waste there time xoxxo don’t give them any information it’s a scam

Caller asked if I knew I was owed a 10% discount from O2. The immediate tone of scepticism in my voice was enough to make them hang up, That was a quick win. Bye, scammer!

Said hello, they laughed down the phone and then hung up.

They’ve called me twice pretending to be O2, I let them speak for a while then hang up … if they’ll waste my time I’ll waste theirs ;) I hope this helps!

I,ve had this number before so answered & went along, they asked how much I wanted to invest in a new bitcoin company that you need to put as much money as you can to get a good return (in 2 weeks) 🙃 I said I wanted to invest £5000 as long as I would definitely get over double return, he couldn't believe his luck & was cringingly almost lovey dovey when he asked for bank details I told him what a plumb he was & put fone down, it was fun playing with him

Protending to be O2. Fishing! dangerous! do not answer!

Tried to pretend to be O2 to get into my account. Man was shouting at me down the phone trying to convince me that he was legit. I hope noone falls for this, awful people
