Scammer - Someone called Craig told me that he was an estate agent who had buyers waiting. He tried to force me to take a viewing at 8pm on a Friday knowing full well that I was under contract to my existing estate agent. Never did he point out to me that should I take the viewing, I would be liable for paying two fees.
