Difficult to understand as two people seemed to be talking over each other. I lost interest when ‘they’ asked if I were the homeowner.

Silent call, hung up after I said "hello" several times. I suppose it's likely they only respond to people who give their name so they can pretend to know you and trick the gullible but that's only a guess. These silent calls seem to be getting more frequent.
