Just had this number call me saying it's UK heritage & new my full name, I was suspicious by the way the Asian said I'm look for mr & name & I hung up

I answered and no one said anything so obviously a machine dialing out random numbers then puts through to an operator when you answer - hung up before anyone spoke.
