A woman from Three Customer Service called today to notify me of the Three & Vodafone merger. She said a new SIM Card needed to be sent to my address within 2 days. No secure questions or one time only passcode sent to my mobile which was strange. She asked for my email address & I said you should already have that on my account. And I mentioned that Three did not have sufficient Customer Service Agents to call millions of people when a generic email would be sent. The woman shortly ended the call & I then reported it as spam & blocked it & then reported it on this site.
