Said they were calling from O2 as my sim was faulty I asked the person to tell me what my name was and they couldnt but would get 02 to send me a text. She apparently couldn't get into my account until I'd answered security questions
Knew straight away it was a scam but stayed on the phone, they kept asking for my email and post code to send me a new sim that’s on contract payments whilst also telling me that it’s free…, they ended the call on me when I said I just wanted to keep mine.
From O2 telephonic and my SIM card was about to be blocked
Damn people. This clearly is a fraud and soooooo annoying. I block these but they just change a number
