Called by phone. Saying he was BT and by the end of the year we would be cut off due to the updating of their analogue to fibre. That we should have fibre to premises which I know is not the case only to cabinet. He was very convincing but was not going to do anything until I had checked with my provider. He also gave me his number and name to contact back. Very clever but a definate scam.
Claim to be from BT and are coming out to disconnect the telephone lines even though the service is not with BT Ring regularly.
