Spam or scam call asking if my social housing has problems such as mould etc. When told no and I don’t have social housing caller hung up.

The man who called was hard to understand, saying he's calling from something-something Social Housing. I asked him to repeat it three times, and could still not understand the something-something. Then he asked "if I received the repairs I was waiting on from the council" - that was clearly a fake excuse, so i asked how did he get my number, at which point he hang up.
