"my name is Jo and I'm an energy advisor in your area. Are you a homeowner... I interrupted saying 'you're about the fourth caller - but before I could say what I felt, she rang off. I'd call it a scam! Telemarketing doesn't really cover it. I'm registered for the Telephone preference scheme too, so should't be getting calls like this. Came through on landline, by the way.

Line went dead as soon as I picked up. I'm assuming they are testing numbers randomly to find people to scam.
