They called me saying they are from Vodafone, and my SIM card needs replaced due to system updates, and they ask for communication details. It is clearly a scam.

Scam pretending to be Vodafone saying they were going to suspend my SIM card, usually to try and get access to your real account. I told them I work for EE and they hung up straight away
