Came through on my mobile this morning. Didn’t answer as I didn’t recognise the number. iPhone flagged it up as ‘suspected spam’. I heard a day or two ago that if you pick up the phone to a number you don’t know, say nothing. Just silence. If it’s a robot caller it will ring off and log your number as ‘do not call again’. Apparently. If it’s true it’s a v simple way to get repeat calls from same bothersome source self blocked.

Told me I had reported a housing issue (really?) and then asked me if I had mold in the house. They did not identify which company or organisation they were calling from, or where they got my number from. I put the phone down. I would describe this as cold calling.
