Strong Asian accent that I struggled to understand. Something about house damage and mold in my house. I asked where they got my details from; they replied “oookaaaay” and quickly talked about something that I couldn’t understand. I said that I hadn’t heard of them and hung up.
Unwanted house-damage call.
Called and wanted to talk to my wife about damaged caused by water leak. Don’t have any damage. Said wife passed away 2.5 yrs ago and told him (Indian accent very strong) to stop calling. Hung up.
Knew my name. Told me they were calling about damage to my house. We don't have any. I hung up immediately
i picked up the phone and said hello, after a long pause a text to speech voice said 'goodbye' and hung up
knew my name. said they were from House Disrepair Assist regarding a pending repair. i told them i’m not a tenancy holder and asked how they got my name and number, which they were unable to answer.

Something about a crack in the wall in a property below me that according to caller, I had reported on. Umm, no. Sounded like a call centre in India. Did not say a company name. Reeked highly of a scam. I ended the call.
