This is a scam, attached to ULEZ. It is still a pending payment on my account and I would like to stop it.

Like others here, I have fallen prey to the ULEZ scam site that revealed this number. It showed up on the transaction in my bank statement, and apparently I need to call them before the bank will dispute the payment

Attached to a fake ULEZ website - showed up on the bank statement . Card cancelled and dispute raised with bank.

This number is shown on the bottom of a payment I made for what I believed was the ULEZ, turns out it was a scam website and I have since been fined for not paying the emission charges.
