My mother was being scammed by this phone number, claiming they were from 02 trying to sell her phones and take bank details also asking for the cvc number which no online/phone company would ask for (cvc number) and so we contacted 02 to ask about what was going on and they explained they were no one from 02 had tried to contact her and its a scam and not to hand out personal details as such. Side note- my mother had a stroke not long ago so unfortunately her thinking is great with those things.
