020 3883 9883 Negative Who called me from this phone number?

Missed call on mobile, left no message.

I could not understand what he was saying until I saw your post. He repeated himself about 10 times. Then I asked is this a cold call. He said no and hung up.

I didn't answer. As always if there's no name I don't answer. Also it comes soon after my blocking 020 3376 0047 which leads me to think it's connected. Came here, saw the comments and will be blocking this one too. Thank you, commentators.

Said they were from the housing association that works with the council, asking if I had any outstanding repairs. I said I was a private tenant, he apologised rather politely for the "confusion" and said goodbye. But definitely sounded like a scam of some sort ... beware

Man was an idiot this is a scam we are a building firm and he was talking about damp works!! Couldn’t be specific about anything -Block!!!

Called in connection with my damp or mould for a council property. I am a property owner and no mould in my property. Told them this was a scam and fraud. - Blocked Will report to authorities

My mum asked what council he was ringing from but although he said he was calling from her council he didn’t know the name of the council . She may be 82 but she’s got her full marbles !!!!! Block them .

called 18th march at11.55am,a woman with a thick accent asked if I had damage at my property she said she is Amy but rang of when I said I am this has happened befpore bot not from the same number the freeholder

Called and the usual Beep occurred and then they asked for a Claire Boon (not me) trying to say I had damage at my property. Hung up and blocked
