Answered the call and the 'gentleman' on the line was clearly engaged in a conversation with someone else as there was some choice words being said. I said hello again and he said 'oh hi mam how are you today' I asked who he was and he replied with some sort of housing issues saying I'd had a leak in my property. I simply replied with no I haven't Then I was met with 'alright you f**king b**ch, I hope you d*e'
