He asked me about my house needs. It's definitely a scam/fraud. When I ask where they found my phone number, they hang up. When you call the same number, an automated message welcomes you and says that the number you are calling is not in service. I can't believe you are receiving scam calls like this, and that you can't do anything about it, you are powerless! It's unbelievable that there is no solution for these calls in the UK.

Waited for 10 seconds after I said "hello" to then shout "hello hello" back at me. Unable to understand them so I hung up.
