Called me regarding my car finance, unable to tell me the date/year or the car it was for. I have apparently filled in an enquiry form. Had my email, phone number (obvs) and home address. I HAVE NEVER OWNED A CAR, I CANNOT DRIVE. When I told her this, she started shouting at me and hung up
