Claimed to be from EE and said they could lower my bill. There was that call-centre delay first, then they started asking for details. I just ended that strange call, suspicious

Provider contract call.
London nuisance call.
why did they call me?
Claiming to be from Sky - SCAM!
Hung up after 11 seconds without saying a word
Claimed to be from 3 network offering cheaper deal than my current contract. I am not with 3. They said the companies were merging, which I believe is incorrect. They stated I could check on Google. I said I could but it won't say they are merging on there. I told her to tell me the next line off her script but she claimed not to understand so I explained and she huffed and ended the call
Pretended to be from 3 mobile, which I'm with, but wanted to give a special offer..... just needed my CVV and expiry from my card! Emailed from a scam address to help with the fraud!
Hung up as soon as I answered. Can only assume they are goading for people to call back. They left no voicemail nor sent a message. Likely scam / fraud.
Most likely spam called and hung up
Incompetent spammers. Could hear several people jabbering in the background on their calls. My personal spammer was almost inaudible. She asked if I could hear her. I replied that I could mainly hear everyone else. She then hung up, so I never got to hear her lies.
Said nothing hung up
Hung up when I answered.
