They said my Sim was expired and they needed to send me one overnight. Otherwise I would loose my phone service.
Fraudulent call. They claimed to be calling from Three and offered to reduce my monthly bill. I played along, and they asked for my email address, which they then attempted to use with the “forgotten password” feature on the Three website. When that failed, they asked for my home address, claiming they needed it to send me contract documents. They also said my Direct Debit needed to be set up again and asked for my bank details. I provided false information and kept them on the phone for around 20 minutes to waste their time.
