Asked if I reported a problem to my housing officer, was it a damp issue. Called the number back, number not available. Blocked them.

Called about damp in my property, quite convincing but to see if they are scammers or not, say ‘which property do you mean?’ They hang up the phone, could be dangerous since people could share there home address.
