Suspected scam call. The lady first called from Holyhead in Wales from a very poor line then called back 2 minutes later from London. Made some comment about being from SKY but I don't have a SKY account. Poor English and difficult to understand. A sales caller always has perfect English to maximise the chance of a sale.
