caller asked "am I speaking to the business owner" I replied no and they hung up. Very noisy call centre-type background

Called asking for the business owner. When I told them the business owner is away, they then asked if I had any involvement in making decisions regarding the BT bill.

Picked up the call, was blank on the other side, then you hear it to connect to a call centre back ground, nobody spoke so i hung up.
