The Appeal Guru Very clever Automated system where it seems like you are talking to a real person. Once I realised, I did a quick search on the number and came across this whilst I left the call open with the phone on the desk whilst I typed this. Have left the call in progress - its ran for about 10minutes .... its costing them not me Most people would hang up on them but i am going to see how long i can leave it for before they cut me off Have blocked the number to stop them contacting me again

Second time calling asking by name ! Inquiring if I sold on social platforms and demanding to know , deliberately avoiding to answer who he was , continued to keyboard type in the background, stating eventually he was from appeal guru . Asked who they do and he couldn’t respond clearly . English man and by all means a scam

Wanted to speak to someone named but not owner of number called. Told them person named was not available on this number they said they will call again in a week. The named person still won't be available!!

Yes exactly the same to me! Think it might have been a SCAM

They scrape Amazon and eBay stores for account owners to offer "help" getting back suspended accounts. Very rude and mumble when you ask who they are and just repeatedly asking if this is "Full Name" pulled from Companies House/Amazon or eBay. They also don't use the number listed on the website very weird and rude cold call.
