I decided to answer the call, despite misgivings, but to say nothing. After about 5 seconds I heard the classic scammers' opening gambit of "Hello, how are you today?". So I said "Thank you" and terminated the call. Just another blocked number now...
Just phoned me claiming the same as above and I actually ended up having an argument with the guy
020 number claiming housing repairs. Not expected. Suprise!
Claiming to be from "Housing Repair Solutions" and were calling about the complaint I made about my council house being in disrepair. When I said they had the wrong number they immediately hung up. Sounded very scammy. And when I tried to call the number back it said it was "not in service".
