Asian gent "from Three" about upgrading my phone to an iPhone 17 and reduce my monthly contract. I said I already have an iPhone 17 and my bill is £4.80. He didn't seem to understand £4.80 and said he could reduce it from £80, I said I ONLY PAY £4.80!!!!. He then passed me through to his supervisor and he couldn't understand £4.80 either and still insisted he could reduce it. He eventually gave up when he realised he was losing, whilst he's talking to me he isn't scamming somebody else, yeah!!!. forgot to say, I'm not with Three
