We have had this caller before. Rattling on about insulation told the lady no but she keeps ringing every now and then with similar things, today it was did we have a damp issue due to the heavy rain!!!! This lady has rung before on a different number that came up as a Norwich number but today it was a Birmingham number so who knows but wouldn’t have work done by them who ever they are.
