I received a call from this number. I answered. The speaker said they were from Heat Shield. They were offering a free insulation service. I repeatedly asked how they had obtained my number without any response. Eventually the caller hung up. I then rang the number back (my number withheld) to see if I could speak to someone to ask how they had obtained my number. I was answered by a message to say the number was not in service. I believe this number to be associated with a scam/fraud.
