01970 450163 Negative Who called me from this phone number?

Told me I can get £40 back on my energy bill as I was a good payer. Asked him how he knew and where was he from. He said British Gas. I told him he was a scammer. He then got abusive to me saying I was the scammer trying to get money and I wasn't who he was supposed to be talking to! ie not the person he asked for when I answered the phone. I rang the above no. and it comes up as a web design place! I am in Surrey

Was called continuous throughout the day wanted to know details on my last bank statement did not did give it out. Said I would receive £50 supermarket vouchers. Very persistent.

Probably a scam. Didn’t speak when the phone was answered. Block it!

Long pause before they hung up on me. Not sure but has the feel of an auto-dialler. We're a business in Rugby so no suppliers in Aberystwyth.
