saying they were from Three and that they'll provide better signal through an updated SIM and that my current one will be deactivated in 24 hours and new one will come tomorrow. because I'm not the account holder he refused to give me any other details saying he'll verify he's from Three only with the account holder. first time I hung up he immediately called back saying why did you cut the call I'm from Three in a very rude way. I could tell he wasn't actual customer support from his tone and the number not being an usual company one.

Be careful of scammers pretending to be from 3UK. I received a call claiming there was a technical issue with my account and that I needed to upgrade my plan. They were very pushy and kept asking for my account details.
