Follow up satisfaction survey on behalf of UK Power Networks (Eastern region DNO - electricity infrastructure ) regarding a recent planned power cut. . . How sufficient was the notice period, and text and recorded message communications etc. ? They clearly sated who they were and the reason for the call.
