They claim to be BT, they are not, the number has been reported to [email protected]. They sound knowledgeable but cannot access details from our BT account. They try to get you to move from your current contract to go with a "preferred" 3rd party, offering Broadband and Internet Phone services, basically like for like, but they try to scare you by telling you your Account is not held by any particular BT Dept and that certain services will cease. This is boloney, get off the phone then block the number, I did then a similar number called a few days later! Very annoying.
