BT called me just to make sure i was safe from the national switch off , looked into it, finally some proper work in the uk , well done
Sounded like someone who used to be estate agent selling telecoms with some weird lies.
BT head office, set me up with new phones and broadband as we were on old copper lines. They made suree a discount was applied to our contract and even paid the rest of our exxisting one that was already in place. Very happy and genuiene call.
Helped out with a lot of issues we've been having. Phonelines have been awful recently. Was able to file a complaint and head office reached out for maintenance, ended up booking us in to get a free hardware upgrade
BT head office - checked with my local business account manager , maintenance calls as standard
Said they were from "BT Head Office" and they are clearly not. That's enough to put them in the Scam/Fraud category for me.
