Follow up on behalf of Scottish Power and Southern Energy as a result of a planned power termination we experienced to undertake essential electrical work. A quality of service survey around the prior notification arrangements and information provided to us.
Called the number and got a automated voice telling me they're from Explain market research www.explainresearch.co.uk. Their website says they work with companies such as - NHS, NS&I, Scottish Water, SES Water, UK Power Networks, Cadent Gas etc.
