Does sound like it could be Penine Windows who I visited 5 years to discuss a front porch, and they kept following up at six monthly intervals despite me repeatedly telling them I was no longer in the market. Told salesperson to take me off the follow up list and that worked until a few months ago when I keep getting these calls hassling me monthly - guessing they've switched to a call centre and handed over all previous details they had.

Answered and could hear girls laughing then hung up.
