Definitely span they claim are EE and try and steal your secret password so they can then call EE after in your name. Also they don’t know your name so don’t reveal it. If they are EE they know who you are. Plus after I time him I don’t know my secret password the call was interrupted.

It’s a scam because I googled the actual contact number for EE in North Shields and it’s this one >> this one is EE’s contact number 0191 257 7381 that’s the actual number for the EE branch in North Shields the other number they’ve rang me on is 0191 429 0924 l << this one is a scam

EE, called cause I had an item in my basket… why would they need to call? Reply: “cause you left an item in your basket”… since when do EE start doing nuisance calls 😠 said I was going hang up now, reply: “you very rude but thanks for your time” …. new type of scam?
